Snowy winter scenery is beautiful, but I get excited when cherry blossoms start blooming. After all, Japanese people love cherry blossom viewing. There are some famous cherry blossom viewing spots in Vancouver, but I find the cherry blossoms that line the streets of residential areas to be surprisingly beautiful. I enjoy strolling around my neighborhood.
I used to enjoy drinking the kombucha my husband made, but I researched and made kombucha jerky since new strains can be made from the parent plant of kombucha, and arranged it like Japanese rice crackers, which is healthier than chips. I will continue to enjoy April by implementing various ideas.
冬の雪景色も綺麗だけど、桜が咲きだすとワクワクする私。やっぱり日本人はお花見大好き。バンクーバーでも桜の有名な場所はあるのですが、意外と住宅街に密かに並んでいる桜が綺麗。近所をブラブラ散歩するのが楽しくなってます。
旦那の作るコンブチャを楽しんで飲んでいるのですが、コンブチャの親株から新しい株が出来るのでリサーチしてコンブチャジャーキを作ったり、日本のお煎餅みたいにアレンジしてみたらチップスよりヘルシーなものになりました。いろんな発想を実行して４月も楽しみます。
