My August 私の8月

August was over. I feel like I did a lot of things.
 A friend of mine had to go back to Japan temporarily for an emergency, and I helped out as a member of the dog-sitting team. The dog seemed to have lost his appetite and seemed worried when he noticed that he was acting differently than usual.

 In mid-August, I was attending a 5-day intensive teacher session at Iyengar Yoga. We took a ferry from Vancouver to Victory and a very beautiful place. My husband was going with me on vacation.

I helped my esteemed teacher Louie in her practice and suddenly found myself teaching in front of certified Iyengar yoga teachers. We shared various experiences and teaching ideas in group and pair work.

Before going to a place that is different from my usual life, I make various preparations, and when I go there, there are things that are different from what I expected, and I make unexpected discoveries... I have come to enjoy observing my inner reactions and my husband's reactions at such times.
 I will do my best to prepare for the next one.

8月も終わり。なんかいろんな事をした感じ。
友達が緊急に日本に一時帰国する事になり、犬シッターチームの一員として、お手伝い。犬はいつもと様子が違うとわかると食欲もなくなって心配そうだった。

8月中旬にはアイアインガヨガの集中ティチャーセッション5日間に参加。バンクーバーからフェリーに乗ってビクトリーととても綺麗な場所で開催。旦那も一緒に行き休暇。

尊敬するLouie先生の練習のお手伝いしたり、アイアンガヨガ認定されている先生方の前で突然指導する事になったり…グループやペアーワークでいろんな経験といろんな指導のアイディアをシェア頂きました。

いつもの生活と違う所へ行く前、いろんな準備をし、行ってみると予想と違う事があったり、以外な発見が出来たり…そんな時に自分の内側に起こる反応と旦那の反応を観察する楽しみも出てきた。
次の準備も頑張る。
